Dish name:pesto panner lauki
Ingredients..
Lauki 1
Roasted peanuts 1cup
Basil leaves 1cup
Peeled garlic 2tsp
Salt 1TSP
Olive oil 2tsp
Cashew nuts 2tsp
Butter 2cubes
2tsp fresh cream
Turmeric half tsp
Lemon juice one tsp
1cup panner
1tsp cumin,dhaniya powder
1tsp garam masala
Method..
1.pest preparation:Take a blender put peanuts,basil leaves,garlic,salt,oilve oil,cashew lemon juice
Make a fine coarse paste
Gravy:
1.heat a pan put butter
Pour prepared pesto 2.paste add water keep boil
3.Then add salt,pepper, turmeric, fresh cream keep boil 2mins
4.once the gravy should thick and texture keep aside
For bottle guard:take bottle guard, peel and cut slices
1.take a plate grate panner,add cumin powder,garam masala,dhaniya powder,salt, chilli powder
2.mix well stuff into the bottle guard
3.place stuffed bottle guard slices in a frying pan. Fry well
4.once fried both sides
5 .Add these fried bottle guard slices into gravy
Final presentation:
1.Take a serving plate place the gravy place cup rice arrange salad place fried bottle guard arrange on top of rice
2.finally garnish with besil leaves ready to serve..
