Dish name- Cheesy spinach tarts
A healthy recipe with a millets n full of nutritional value
Ingredients for tarts
#1/4 cup Ragi flour
#1/4 cup jowar flour
#1/4 cup wheat flour
#2-3 tsp butter
#2-3 spoons chilled water
Ingredients for filling
#100 GM paneer
#100 GM cheese
#150 GM balanced Palak leaves
#salt to taste
#1 tsp cream
#1 tsp chilly flakes
#1 tsp mixed herbs
Ingredients for sauce
#4-5 tomatoes puree
#some basil leaves
#1 tsp olive oil
#30gm butter
#1 tsp sugar
#salt to taste
#1/2 tsp chilly flakes
#1/2 tsp mixed herbs
METHOD
#First of all take a bowl add all flour n butter mix it till u get bread crumbs like texture,add water n make a dough. Keep in freezer for 10 minutes. Take it out n roll chapati n put I grease tarts n bake for 15-20 minutes in preheated oven or kadai.
#Now for filling add paneer, cheese, Palak, salt, chilly flakes, herbs, n cream n mix it well.
#For sauce
Take a pan add oil n butter once hot add sugar now add tomato puree n cook it for 5 minutes, now add seasoning n reduced it till it thickens
#Now assemble take a tart add sauce n filling ,add grated cheese on top n put in oven again for 5 minutes. Ready to serve
