Oats Apple Coin*

Ingredients:-

1 cup oats

1/2 cup milk

5 to 6 soft dates/jaggery

Half apple shredded

1 spoon dry fruit powder


Method:-

Soak oats in milk for 10 minutes so that soaked oats will make a smooth batter.


Add shredded apple, dates paste, dry fruit powder and mix well.


Put Ghee on medium flame in a nonstick pan.


Pour the batter of coin size with spoon in pan , if you have appam pan you can use that too!!


Flip and fry till golden brown!!


Tadaa!! Your Healthy crispy Golden Apple Coin is ready to serve!!
