Quinoa and oats muffins!
Muffin is a snack that my kids love to eat them. So to make it healthy and nutritious I prepared with quinoa and oats which made it more nutritious.
Quinoa is a protein-rich food with twice as much as fiber than any grains. It contains iron, lysine, magnesium, riboflavin and manganese.
Oats are nutritious, rich in antioxidants, beta-glucan, lowers cholesterol levels, control blood sugar!
Ingredients: 1 cup Quinoa 1 cup oats 200 gms Condensed Milk Mixed Nuts like Walnut, Cashew Nut, Almonds Raisins - to top it ¼ tsp Baking Powder ¼ tsp Soda Bi-Carbonate 1tbsp Butter Method: Roast the Quinoa & Oats & grind them. Also roast the Mixed Nuts . Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix with the ingredients with a twin Blade Blender for at least 10 minutes till it reaches batter-like consistency. Preheat the oven to 180⁰ C. Pour the batter in a mould greased with butter & too it with raisins.keep in the oven to bake for 30minutes at 180 °c
